While visiting North Norfolk and its many communities, make sure to drop by during the Thresherman's Reunion and Stampede from July 29th to August 1st this year. Hosted at the Manitoba Agricultural Museum, this popular event draws visitors from all parts of the province. The Reunion features many fun events for all.
Manitoba Agricultural Museum at Austin www.ag-museum.mb.ca contains Canada’s largest collection of operating vintage farm machinery from 1900 and beyond. The collection includes over 500 implements as well as a late 19th century village composed of 22 buildings including an 1883 school house, post office, general store, log houses, railway station and elegant clapboard manor. The Manitoba Amateur Radio Museum is also located on the grounds. There is also camping, picnic facilities, & a souvenir shop.
