Description: What is high fitness? It is old school aerobics transformed into a highly addictive fitness experience. Simple and strong choreography combined with modern workout techniques all to music you know and love, but it is so much more than just a group fitness format. It’s a welcoming, non-judgemental community for people of all ages and stages. Whatever your fitness story is, we welcome you to join high fitness. Starting Jan. 9 at 5 pm at the Heartland Multiplex. 4 weeks for $45 or drop in $15. Sign up with hrc.
