Title: 3 Mile Walking Program

Time: 9:00AM to 9:45AM

Description: Walking is one of the simplest ways to get more exercise and offers many benefits for people of all ages and fitness levels. You will notice instantly, your mood improves - you know you are doing something good for your life! The 3 mile Walking Program (45 minutes) is a series of DVD's that we will be playing for you to keep moving. Please join us at the Normac Centre (skating side) at 9a.m., Monday to Friday.
