Utilities
Water/sewer bills are calculated quarterly and mailed out in February, May, August, and November.
Penalties are applied on the first day of each month at a rate of 1.25%.
If you are going to be moving out of a house or into a new house please contact the Municipal Office to arrange having a final reading taken. We will also need your new address to forward the final water bill to.

Payment Options
The Municipal Office accepts cheque, cash, debit and you can also pay through online banking.
- Online Banking: Search Municipality of North Norfolk and select Utilities. Your account number must be a minimum of 9 digits (if your account number is less than 9 digits add zeros to the beginning).
- E-Transfer: Set up an E-transfer as usual and send to office@northnorfolk.ca (If possible please note your account number in the memo area)
- Pre-authorized payments If you would like to sign up for pre-authorized payments for Utilities please fill out the form below and return to the Municipal Office with a void cheque.
